Construction and Consumer--Focus: This semester elective class provides the student with the oppurtunity to expand their knowledge of sewing construction, consumer skills, and a work-based job simulaton.

A. Reading and following directions.
B. Time Management
C. Working cooperatively with others to reach common goals of a successful "company."
D. Knowledge in sweing construction and completing textile construction project.
E. Consumer selection based on construction and quality.
F. Becoming an independent worker by setting goals and managing time.
G. Work ethics that will make them successful in the world of work. Using leadership and teamwork in a job simulation.
H. Making informed consumer choices.
