Journalism

(Semester)

Journalism--Focus: Students in this class will become aware of and discuss current events. The study and application of journalistic news writing techniques will be utilized. It will be the student's responsibility to meet all deadline dates. Each student will also be responsible for several writing assignments including a personal journal. Time will be spent in computer labs doing various activities. This class may not be taken if taken in the seventh grade.
