Computer Lab Assistant

Computer Lab Assistant--Focus: In order to facilitate usage of the Middle School computer labs, student assistants will be trained and assigned to the labs. The duties of these people will include: assisting peers with the operation of the equipment, maintaining a clean and orderly lab environment, testing and previewing programs, assisting staff members in introducing programs to classes, monitoring students who are working independently and reporting any problems to a faculty member, and developing computer generated materials for staff members. Students must complete an application. We're looking for students in a good academic standing who are responsible and punctual. Good knowledge of how to use the computer and being able to work effectively with staff and peers is essential.
