QPA Information - Enrollment - Visitor Policy - Scholastic Reading Counts

With the opening of the new high school in September, 1996 the USD 266 student population was evenly distributed among the buildings. This realignment of grades caused a dramatic shift in the population being served at Pray-Woodman. As of 9/20/02, Pray-Woodman reported an enrollment of 718 students. There are 9 second grade classrooms, 10 each third and fourth grade classrooms and 2 fifth grade classrooms.  The breakdown by grades is as follows:

Second Grade Supply List

  • 1 Mead 70 ct. spiral notebook, wide-lined
  • 12 #2 wooden pencils
  • 1 8oz. bottle of white Elmer's school glue (no colors)
  • 2 boxes of Crayola crayons (24 count)
  • 1 large Sanford pink eraser
  • 2 large Elmer's glue sticks (.77 oz.)
  • 1 Sanford highlighter (any color)
  • 1 set of 8 Prang watercolors
  • 1 pair of sharp pointed 5" Fiskars scissors (child-sized)
  • 1 supply box (Spacemaker, 5"x8")
  • 2 boxes of 250+ ct. Kleenex tissues
  • 1 roll of paper towels
  • 1 box of 80 ct. baby wet-wipes
  • 1 box of re-closable sandwich bags

** Each student needs a second pair of clean shoes to be used for gym use only. They do not need to be new shoes, but must be rubber soled court type shoes.**
