Since January 2013, the Maize School District has offered an Online Bulletin Board. Information about student-related activities and events are eligible to be considered for inclusion on the bulletin board. The Online Bulletin Board will replace most paper flyer distribution.
Postings must be approved by district and building administrators. Postings will be considered for district- and/or school-sponsored events and opportunities, student curricular groups, events linked to individual schools, or activities sponsored by groups partnering with Maize USD 266.
If your posting meets the above criteria, please e-mail your original flier in PDF format to Communications Director Lori O'Toole Buselt at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In your PDF, please include:
- an event date (or start date).
- an event end date (if applicable).
- the name of the sponsoring and/or benefiting organization.
Each organization submitting a flyer must provide a primary contact name, phone number, and email address.
Please note that flyers must include only logos, images, etc. that the organizer has permission to use.
