With nearly 30 years of dedicated service, Bruce Nicholson has witnessed the district's growth first hand. A graduate of Maize himself, he has four children who are alumni and six grandchildren attending Maize. Along with his wife, Doris, he farms land in the district. "I like communicating and associating with like-minded people," said Nicholson when asked about his board service. While it can be challenging to learn and keep up with the district's changing circumstances, Nicholson hopes to provide students the opportunity to take advantage of all that Maize offers.
