• Student self-assessments

Child wearing a face mask The district has created a student self-assessment for families to use as a tool when determining whether a child physically can attend school. This resource also has information on quarantine, exposure, when to monitor your child for symptoms, and more. Find the version(s) for your child(ren)s’ school(s), personalized for your convenience with the school’s phone number should you need to call in an absence.

Please keep the document for your child(ren)’s school(s) handy. You may wish to print it and post it on your refrigerator or somewhere visible and accessible in your home. If your child will not be attending school on any day and/or for the duration of a quarantine, inform the school by calling the front office. It is important for you to be aware that we will not be celebrating perfect attendance this year, as it is vital to the health and safety of our students, employees, and community for those who should not be at school to stay home.

The assessment will help you know whether your child can attend school based on his/her health and other scenarios.
