How to Enroll

Enrollment into Maize USD 266 is completed via an online application. Maize USD 266 is a closed boundary district, meaning that you must reside within the district boundaries to attend our schools. Click here to access our online boundary map. 

Kindergarten students must be 5 years of age on or before Aug. 31, 2024 to attend Kindergarten. 

Returning families:

If you currently have a sibling/student enrolled: use the New Student Online Enrollment link in your Skyward Family Access account.

If you are new to the district:

Enrollment is completed through an online portal. Families will need to provide the following documentation for enrollment and attach the documents in the online enrollment portal. 

• Proof of residency
• Copy of birth certificate
• Immunization Record
• Health Assessment 
• Mailing address (if transferring schools)
• Placement agreement for foster parents
