Food Service

1. Skyward Family Access - Select "Food Service" or "Fee Management" from the menu on the left. Select "Make a Payment." next to any student’s name
2. RevTrak - Returning customers can click "Log In"  If new: select "Create New Account" and submit payment info.
3. Fee Management - Click "Add to cart" next to any “Required Fees” you wish to pay. Confirm or change amount then click "Add to cart" 
4. Food Service - Select "Make One -Time Payment." Type in amount, or select a suggested amount and click "Add to cart." Additional payments, for another child, can be added before check out.
5. Auto-Pay - Select “Auto Replenish” and adjust limits and add payment method. Check “I agree” and click save. Each student must be set up individually.
6. Check Out - Click “Cart” at the top right hand corner, and review items. Click “Check Out” at bottom right hand corner, then click "Place Order." A receipt will be sent to the email address provided on the revtrak account. Payment history can be found under "My Account" on Revtrak or Skyward Wall.

"Set Purchase Limit" allows the user to set the daily A la Carte limit for each customer. 

1. Skyward Family Access - Ensure you have the correct child selected and click "Food Service" on the left-hand menu.
2. Daily A la Carte Limit - Click the link "Set Purchase Limit."
3. Click "Save." Valid limits are 0.00 through 99.99. If no limits are not set, the amount remains at 0.00.
4. BRKFST and LUNCH are not affected. Students can still purchase full Breakfast or Lunch with the account balance, regardless of Ala Carte limits.

Skylert enables you to receive notifications concerning your child(ren). You have control over which notifications you receive and how you would like to receive them.

1. Log into Family Access Skyward
2. Select "Skylert" Tab
3. Ensure contact information is correct. Scroll through all sections to check boxes accordingly under the food service column. 
4. Click "save" at the top right corner.

If you need help covering school fees, we encourage families to complete the Maize USD 266 Free and Reduced Meal Application and Consent for Disclosure. Families who qualify may have curriculum fees waived. This application must be submitted each year.

• To complete an application: Click here for instructions to apply online in Skyward Family Access. Paper applications are also available at any school building.
