Join us for breakfast and lunch at school

Each school day, our team of 75 staff members are cooking up choices for students across twelve school buildings. Students can pick from a variety of entree choices, fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grain-rich items, and fat-free 1% milk.

We want to help Maize students make the healthy choice the easy choice by offering meals and snacks under the National School Lunch Program, National School Breakfast Program, and the Child and Adult Care Feeding Program.

  • Our school meals feature fresh, local beef including hamburger patties from Woodard Cattle Co.
  • From reduced-packaging, a self-serve style, Share Tables, and compostable trays, our program is making small steps to decrease our carbon footprint.
  • Each school has at least one hydroponic garden, which supply our kitchens with fresh, school-grown produce.
