Maize Board of Education Visitors Comments Form

If anyone from the general public audience wishes to speak or submit comments in writing to the Maize Board of Education about any item on a Maize Board of Education meeting agenda, they are to provide their name, address, and agenda item to the Board Clerk prior to the start of the meeting.

Each patron may have up to four minutes to address the board with comments or concerns. No student or staff names or references to school employees can be discussed during this time. If names or references to specific employees are used, the remaining time is forfeited. Delegations of several persons addressing the same issue are encouraged to appoint one person to present their views to the board.

School board members will not engage in discussion at this time except to gain clarification. Items of concern for possible addition to future agenda may also be submitted following the same procedure.
