    Membership Requirements: None

    Purpose of Organization: Maize South Chess Club is for chess players of all levels. Upper level players have the opportunity to compete in regional and state tournaments. Lower level players have the opportunity to learn more about the game and refine their skills through weekly chess meetings currently held during the school day. 

    Current Activities: Weekly meetings take place during EnCor on Wednesdays. We are still deciding which tournaments we plan to attend for the upcoming school year.
