Helpful hints

For log in help

• Click here to log in.
• If you have forgotten your login ID and/or password, click the “Forgot your Login/Password?”
• Once you are logged in to your account, if you would like to change your password, click on the My Account button to the right of your name on the top right of the screen.
• To change your password, click on the My Account button to the right of your name on the top right of the screen. Then click on the “Change Password” button. Click “Save” and record your new password in a safe place.

For help with a student meal account

• Click here for information about how to add money to a student's meal account, how to set up auto-replenish on a student's meal account, how to set a student’s a la carte limit, and how to manage low meal balance and other notifications.

To manage and access School Directory information in Skyward Family Access

• Log in to Skyward Family Access.
• Click on “My Account” near the top right. Under the “School Directory” header, check or uncheck the boxes according to your preference for whether your family appears in the School Directory and what information you would like to display for the student(s) and guardian(s) in your family.
• You also may choose to hide just one or multiple student(s) if you would like some to be displayed and not others.
• If you would like to be completely excluded from the School Directory, leave all boxes unchecked.
• To access your child’s School Directory, click “School Directory” in the left navigation rail.
• If you have more than one child at Maize USD 266, you can select any school a child attends to view contact information for families based on their participation.
