Student Surveys
The last Kansas legislative session produced new statutory guidance, Kansas House Bill (HB) 5267, which includes information about non-academic school surveys. This page will provide information on the survey requirements and surveys given to students. Our collaborative goal is family engagement and transparency while supporting teachers with clear guidelines for HB 2567.
Per KSA 72-6316, prior to the administration of any such test, questionnaire, survey or examination, a school district shall post and maintain a copy of such test, questionnaire, survey or examination on the school district website.
