CHSM Application Requirements

Students who have attended a traditional high school are eligible to attend.  We recommend students be at least 16 years old; however, younger students may be admitted on an individual basis.  No student will be admitted directly from 8th grade; i.e. a student must attempt a traditional school first.  There is no upper age limit.  Only students desiring to obtain a high school diploma and make improvements in their lives will be admitted.

• Student must live in the USD 266 Maize School District.
• Student must be able to provide transportation to and from school if not within reach of the Maize School buses.
• We encourage you to come and tour our school.
