Traffic

The safety of our students is paramount. Please be vigilant while driving around our campus. Attached is our current MSMS Traffic Flow Map. 

We respectfully ask that all drivers who drop-off and/or pick-up an MSMS student, please abide by the attached MSMS Traffic Flow Map.  Note the following expectations, to ensure the safety of our MSMS students. With the start of after-school activities, our traffic volume will diminish.  

1)      The West side of MSMS will be reserved for bus traffic only. 

2)      The East side of MSMS will be reserved for parent drop-off and pick-up.  

3)      Follow the Traffic Flow Map regarding where and how to enter and exit the east parking lot, both in the morning for drop-off and in the afternoon for pick-up.

4)      Only enter at the far east side of the east lot in the right lane only. Westbound Silver Fox traffic in the left lane must continue westbound. Once in the parking lot, you may: 1) Merge and form two lines or; 2) Find a parking spot.

5) Do not drop-off or pick-up your child on Silver Fox road.  Enter the parking lot and follow the map to ensure your child is dropped off at the front of the building.

6)      When dropping your child off at the front of the building, please have your child ready to exit the vehicle as swiftly as possible. This will allow for traffic to flow smoothly and quickly.

Bicycles: If your child plans to ride a bicycle, we ask that they utilize the designated crosswalks which are outfitted with flashing lights. Dark mornings and high-volume traffic create visibility issues. Riders must ensure that the lights are flashing before crossing the street.
